Comparing Fotelica's Senior Portrait Packages...
Although the print quantities are identical, there are several significant differences between Fotelica's FotoFunds and our other Seniors packages
First, with our premium package, the student will spend approximately 3 hours with one of our professional photographers at several locations of the student's choosing. This assures more time for wardrobe considerations and location flexibility among other things. If you wish to change your senior session to either our Premium Senior package or our Senior Portrait Buddies program, please Contact Us, we will still honor your fundraising referral. With our FotoFunds product, the student will spend 45 minutes with two to three different professional photographers at a pre-arranged outdoor location (we have indoor locations as well in the event of a rain day, but outdoor is our default program). Another difference is the number of pose selections included in the package pricing. Our premium package offers four poses while FotoFunds offers a single selection with additional poses optional at discounted prices. Important details and tips concerning your senior portrait order, photo session, and the online selection of your prints.
- Payment is required to hold the date you choose. All bookings are made on a first-paid basis.
- Register your own free Fotelica online account. You will need this account later to access your portrait gallery. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you remember your Fotelica account logon information - write it down!
- Publishing step. We will publish your portrait galleries within 10 days of your session (usually sooner). You will receive notification by e-mail that your photo galleries are published to the Fotelica.com website. At this stage, your photos are straight from the camera and not yet retouched or enhanced in any way. Our imaging professionals will individually hand-craft your photo selections to create a final product that will make you look your very best.
- Selecting your photos and ordering prints. The automatically generated e-mail that you will receive containing your gallery password will also include a link to your order. You can begin the selection process either by clicking that link or by logging into your Fotelica account and clicking the "My Open Orders" button in the green navigation strip in our website header. That button is only visible to registered users with open (paid) orders. Clicking the "My Open Orders" button will also launch the selection wizard that will guide you through the final step in ordering your Fotelica Senior Portrait Package. TIP: Make your selections based upon the composition and expressions you like best, never be concerned about blemishes or any technical concern you may have. Each image will go through a painstaking custom enhancement process before it is printed and delivered to you. We completely guarantee your satisfaction.

If none of our pre-scheduled dates will work for you, please contact us. We will be keeping a notification list of interested seniors who have special scheduling needs for a date to be announced late in the summer or possibly after the start of the school year.

Concerning Clothing Changes...
Efficiency is key and whatever time is consumed in wardrobe change will be time spent away from the cameras where your investment is maximized
Due to the tightly scheduled nature of this fundraising event, clothing changes should be well planned to avoid time consumption. Changes of tops will yield the best and fastest results in adjusting your appearance between photography sessions. If you have a desire to alter hair or make-up between shots, we welcome you have a friend along if that will help to make this process more efficient. You will be sitting for two or three different photographers during your session time so you will have up to three opportunities to change clothing. Be prepared to change quickly. We will provide a changing tent on-site for your convenience.

ARRIVE 30 MINUTES EARLY -- Plus, Important Fine-Print!
Your session time is limited and late arrival is your loss, be on-time!
Planning to arrive 30 minutes early will give you a great deal of peace of mind and time to relax before your session. Imagine getting caught in traffic on the way to your session, that's a common tale around here! You don't want to be stressed-out heading into your portrait session. We need time to welcome you and get you signed into our program, introduce you to the photographers and offer you an orientation. Your session will begin promptly as scheduled, late arrival does not change the ending time for your session and time lost is your own responsibility. If you miss your appointed time entirely without providing 24 hours notice in advance, we cannot issue a refund. Under these circumstances, we will offer you a 50% credit toward a make-up appointment and you will be required to pay the balance due prior to booking your make-up session. Being on-time will eliminate stress for everyone, thanks for your consideration!

Cancellation, rescheduling and rainy day make-up plan
Staying in communication is the key! We require 24 hours notice for both cancellations or rescheduling so please mark your calendars and contact us as soon as you possibly can.
Keeping costs down is the key to our ability to offer you a superior value on your senior portrait session and print package, losing a session to cancellation or late rescheduling is our greatest expense so please help us control costs and keep our prices affordable for future seniors by giving us an opportunnity to replace you in the time slot you are vacating. Your portrait session payment includes a $50 non-refundable commitment toward your originally scheduled time. When you reschedule with 24 hours or more notice, this commitment is applied to your new schedule. If you are rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice, we require that you pay $50 for a new reservation. Final cancellations received with 24 hours or more notice will receive a refund of all but the $50 non-refundable portion of your purchase. Final cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be refunded 50% of purchase. Late arrivals who miss their appointed time entirely without providing 24 hours notice in advance, will not be issued a refund. Under these circumstances, we will offer you a 50% credit toward a make-up appointment and you will be required to pay the balance due prior to booking your make-up session. Concerning weather conditions, our schedule will remain intact unless it is raining. Overcast days are actually helpful to our photography so don't be spooked by a few clouds, there is no need to call to confirm scheduling. If it is not raining, we will be photographing students as scheduled! If we experience a rainy day, we will notify you of several make-up days scheduled for later in the season. If these dates do not work out for your scheduling, you will receive a full refund of your payment.
