After his graduation from Western Michigan University with a BBA / Advertising degree, David spent three years in the Russian Far East teaching English at a teacher’s training college. Upon returning to the US in 1995, he joined Microsoft in 1996. David worked on the Internet Explorer test team as both an individual contributor and a lead. In about 2001, David started working on the newly formed Windows Presentation Foundation team (the superset for the current Silverlight). He worked on the WPF team as both a test lead and a Software Developer in Test until finally leaving Microsoft in the summer of 2007. After a short sabbatical, David joined a small education company in Seattle called Giant Campus as a developer and test consultant for their ASP.Net development. Since July 2008, David has been working as a testing consultant for an internal to Microsoft ASP.Net application and as a member of the Fotelica.com development team.
