These resources are for anyone wishing to set up a NEW Fundraising Account for their school or organization. You can literally launch your fundraiser within minutes!
A new account must be established for
each fundraiser that you plan. Please follow the easy steps below to get started...
- CONTACT US online or by phone at 425-391-0736 to quickly set up a FotoFunds account for your department or school.
- REQUEST BROCHURES AND DOWNLOAD FLYERS. Fotelica will provide a "Starter Kit" of 4-color FotoFunds brochures (right). You should also plan to Download FotoFunds flyers to support your fundraiser. Just tell us where to deliver your starter kit and you can begin your FotoFunds fundraiser immediately! You can also circulate the download flyer in PDF form, make unlimited prints to pass out, or send the PDF file by e-mail to your distribution list for efficiency and convenience of delivery. Be sure that you inform your fundraising team (or the recipient of your email) to write the name of your organization at the bottom of the downloaded flyers as their "referral source."
- SHARE! Start spreading the word. You should share your fundraising FotoFunds information with any upcoming senior you know that could be willing to support your fundraiser, they don’t even need to be from your school! They will want to be local to our photography locations which can be viewed by clicking the "Select Sitting" button on the FotoFunds order page, or on the location map on the same page.
We have scheduled 12 dates throughout the summer to provide maximum convenience for our customers.
Generally, the locations will be within a 20 mile radius of your school.
- CONFIRM that you have written the name of your organization on the your brochures or flyers that you pass out, this will insure that your school, department or organization receives credit for your referral. CORRECTION - PLEASE NOTE: In the first printing of our FotoFunds brochure, we specified that you should confirm a "Referral Code" that was to be affixed to the bottom of the brochure. For your convenience we have done away with the code system and are asking that you simply write the name of your organization in the space provided. When students book their reservation with us, they will be required to select their referring organization from a drop-down menu on our web page.
Receiving Payment of Funds Raised For Your Organization...
Receiving your payout of funds raised through your organization is very straight forward and easy
Fotelica will generate a report detailing the number of referral bookings originating from your organization. The payment of funds will occur within 60 days after the final day of the photography. This will likely be in late September. Please feel free to contact us if you require more specific coordinating of your payout date.
